This is postmarked from 1st Sgt Arnold Rubui (?)  to his son Master Irwin B. Rubui (?) - telling him, "Mommy says your a nice little boy - That's the way to be. Love - Daddy" - He takes about the cat and dog too.

It is hand stamped, "Passed by Army Examiner U - 01877 - S
There is no stamp, and it's marked "FREE" - July 27th, 1944
