Rainforest Cafe is a themed restaurant chain. The first location opened in the Mall of America in Minnesota, USA on February 3, 1994.

Each Rainforest Cafe restaurant is designed to depict some features of a tropical rainforest, including plant growth, mist, waterfalls and figures of rainforest animals. Some of the animals are animatronic and start making animals noises and move.  My favorite part of these restaurants is when there is a 'rain storm' inside.  All the lights dim and there is 'lightning' and then it starts to rain inside the restaurant.  Not on the customers, only in parts by the walls. But it is very fun.  Our family loved to eat here when we visited Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Gorilla Willie B. in the Atlanta Zoo

Willie B., One of the most beloved and famous animals in the nation, resided at Zoo Atlanta as ambassador for his critically endangered species until his death on February 2, 2000.  He was a wild-caught western lowland gorilla who came to Zoo Atlanta in the spring of 1961.  Willie was the oldest captive male in the United States to produce offspring, having fathered five gorilla babies since 1994: Kudzoo, Olympia, Sukari, Kidogo (Willie B., Jr.) and Lulu.  Willie B. will be forever remembered by generations as a symbol of Zoo Atlanta's efforts on conservation and research.

Western Lowland Gorilla
Western lowland gorillas are one of five subspecies of gorillas and the only one found in zoos.  Like the other types of gorillas, they live in small family groups consisting of one male, several females and their offspring.  The largest primates in the world, gorillas are vegetarians, eating a variety of leaves, roots, and fruits.  Zoo Atlanta has one of the largest collections of western lowland gorillas in the U.S. and is a leader in behavioral studies on them.

King Kong is a fictional monster resembling a gorilla that has appeared in several movies since 1933. These include the groundbreaking 1933 movie, the film remakes of 1976 and 2005, as well as various sequels of the first two films.

The character has become one of the world's most famous movie icons and, as such, has transcended the movies, appearing in other works outside of films, such as a cartoon series, books, comics, various merchandise, video games and theme park rides.

The rights to the character are currently held by Universal Studios, with limited rights held by the estate of Merian C. Cooper.
