Squirrels and Birds for my Brother Greg

This 3D postcard features birds and squirrels and was sent from a very young me to my even younger brother Greg.

I wrote:

Dear Gregory,
Would you believe I miss you?  I do.  I am having fun.  I hope you are too.  I had 4 teeth filled by the dentist

Good bye, Brenda

(I'm not sure why having four teeth filled was fun, but whatever.)

Fauna of Belarus
(Sciurus vulgaris)
2015

- - - - - - -

The red squirrel or Eurasian red squirrel population has decreased drastically in recent years because of the introduction of the eastern grey squirrel. The eastern grey squirrel carries a disease, the squirrel parapoxvirus, that does not appear to affect their health but will often kill the red squirrel.
