Wilmington, Delaware

Wilmington is the largest city in Delaware and the seat of New Castle County.  The statue of Caesar Rodney stands in front of the historic Hotel DuPont.  In 1776, Rodney rode 80 miles through a stormy night to reach Philadelphia in time to cast the deciding ballot for independence.
