Black Bear (ursus americanus). The black bear depends on its nose and hearing to sense the approach of humans. The black bear has shown tolerance toward humans but, as with all wild animals, it is always important to remain a safe distance away. Cinnamon is one of many different colors of black bears; others include blonde and reddish or chocolate brown.
